Certification & Refund Policy
At First Responders Academy, we understand that sometimes schedules change. To ensure fairness and maintain course quality, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policy:
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your course free of charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the course start time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a rebooking fee of up to $25.
No-shows or non-attendance without notice will result in the forfeiture of course fees.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled course date. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the course may be eligible for a partial refund (minus a $25 administration fee) or free rescheduling.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course or for non-attendance. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to process.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend due to serious illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer a fair solution, including rescheduling at no cost.
