FRA recognises that schedules change and sets out the following rescheduling, cancellation and refund approach.

Rescheduling policy
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the course start time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rebooking fee of up to $25. No-shows or non-attendance without notice result in forfeiture of course fees.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled course date. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the course may be eligible for a partial refund minus a $25 administration fee, or free rescheduling. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours or for non-attendance. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to process.
Special circumstances
If serious illness, injury or another exceptional circumstance prevents attendance, contact FRA as soon as possible. FRA will consider a fair solution, including rescheduling at no cost where appropriate.
