About Sana Moledina:

With over 17 years of nursing experience across mental health, community care, and education, I have witnessed firsthand how skilled, timely care can change outcomes — and how even the smallest actions can save a life.

As a Registered Nurse and First Aid Trainer, I bring real-world clinical and community experience into every class I teach. Working within the community has also given me a strong understanding of compliance, safety standards, risk management, and the importance of creating workplaces and environments that are prepared for emergencies.

At First Responders Academy, my focus goes beyond simply completing a course. I teach people how to respond under pressure, trust their instincts, and take action when every second counts. I train your “autopilot” — because in a real emergency, confidence and quick thinking save lives.

My goal is simple: to empower everyday people with practical life-saving skills, confidence, and the ability to make a difference when it matters most.

Currently completing my Master of Public Health, I’m passionate about creating stronger, safer, and more prepared communities through education that is real, practical, empowering, and unforgettable.

Ali is an integral part of the First Responders Academy team and plays an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing bookings and assisting clients with enrolments to following up course requirements, coordinating payments, and supporting day-to-day operations, Ali helps create a seamless experience for both individuals and organisations.

His friendly approach, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting our clients make him a valued member of our team. Whether you need help with your booking, course information, enrolment support, or general enquiries, Ali is often the person working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything is organised and running efficiently.
